Self Defence Classes

If you’re interested in learning self-defence, we have a range of programmes for you. Krav Maga is world-renowned for its no-nonsense approach. We run classes, courses and seminars with full-time professional instructors. Our aim is to teach students how to defend themselves quickly and effectively. You’ll be able to overcome an opponent no matter their size.

Our self-defence classes are designed for normal people. You don’t need to have been in the army or be fit and strong like most self-defence classes. We will teach you self-defence moves against the most common attacks. It’s easy to learn but highly effective at the same time.

What is Krav Maga?
